The Registration Center will be located on Grand Ballroom Level of the Fairmont Hotel.   The Conference Information Desk is adjacent to the Registration area. All attendees and accompanying guests must register and receive a conference badge in order to participate in conference activities

If a Tutorial or Workshop is cancelled, liability of IEEE GLOBECOM 2006 is limited to the registration fee itself.
